Portfolio weeks, and the unromantic work of keeping the threads from eating each other.
Some maps will not collapse into one job title, even after four levels. The honest response is a portfolio: a paid role that covers the rent, a practice that covers a cluster the job starves, and maybe a small offer (a class, a repair, a newsletter) that tests a bridge. Ibarra’s research is the permission. Your calendar is the constraint.
Write the week before you write the brand. Which mornings are for the solitary cluster? Which afternoons require other people? Where is the recovery, including the sport or the walk? A through-line that ignores the week is advertising.
Your Calling Compass will still draw one poster. One poster can hold several threads. It should not pretend they are a single calling with a trumpet. Compass, not coronation. The direction is yours to walk on ordinary days.
