Field note
Careers at the overlap
We suggest roles where two of your stations already share a verb.
The career notes on a finished map are rules, not a ranking. If your stations include history and teaching and a public room, we mention museum education. If they include nursing and teaching, we mention patient education or nurse education. The titles are ordinary on purpose. The overlap is the interesting part.
A suggestion is a scene to picture: a Tuesday, a room, a person who is not you. If you cannot picture the Tuesday, discard the title. If you can, the next step is Ibarra’s: a small experiment with a witness, not a new identity.
We will not tell you the market wants you. Markets are local and rude. The map’s job ends at a sentence you could say to someone who hires for that sentence. You still send it.
