The subway style
Stations, routes, and transfers. A good style when the connections are the point.
The transit poster treats each interest as a station on a colored route. Clusters are lines. A bridge is a transfer. People who live in cities can read this picture before they read the paragraph, which is why we offer it.
It flatters a life that already thinks in connections. It can also over-connect. Not every pair of hobbies deserves a transfer. We only draw a line when the reading has a label. If the poster looks like a bowl of spaghetti, you have many stations and few real bridges. That is information. Trim to the routes you would actually ride this year.
On a phone, the subway chart switches to a sheet layout so the type stays large. The downloadable PNG and PDF always use the print layout, tall, meant for a wall.
